Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $75)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($15)
• Next Day Shipping: Next business day if ordered before 12pm EST ($25)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive after shipping. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unsharpened knives in their original packaging. Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely with all original packaging
4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
5. Ship the return to the address provided by our team

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
